Ellen and I have been running together every morning. She comes overabout six and we run until six-forty-five or seven. I suspended the aerobic part of my workout in favor of the running but I still do the anaerobic part three days a week. I like the way it makes my limbs, abs, and tummy look - lean and hard. Ellen looks just adorable when she runs. She wears a spandex sports brathat flattens her chest so that she almost looks like a boy, except for the nips that make a tiny bulge on each breast. Her running shorts are short, letting the bottom of her butt show a bit and somewhat loose. She always wears cotton bikini briefs under the shorts. She wears boys white running shoes with ankle socks on her feet (she complains she can never find good women’s running shoes for her size fives). I wear white bras with tons of extra support when I run. I’ve read thatrunning is hard on the tissues that support the boobs and I don’t want to sag any sooner then I have too. It looks positively matronly. I usually wear one of Josh’s old basketball jerseys over it. Most of the bra is visible through the arms of the jersey. It draws some looks sometimes. I always wear sheer, almost transparent, panties. They’re cool because they let the air circulate. My shorts are regular running shorts but one size larger than I need. I like a very loose fit around by legs and thighs. I just take in the waist so they don’t fall off. Ellen says I just want guys to look up my pants. She might be right. Usually Ellen goes home right away after our run, especially if Michaelis home. Josh goes to work at five-thirty so I always have the house to myself. Frequently, she’ll come in for juice and a breakfast bar. Whenever she does that we usually end up making love for an hour or two. Then I have to send her home so I can get some work done. I do have to make a living. You see, I have a Web-based business that requires two, maybe threehours of maintenance every day. I also spend a couple of hours a day expanding it. I make a pretty good living for myself, and I’m able to save for retirement, but I’m by no means rich. I love my business because I have some latitude as to when I work, but I can’t let things go too long or they’ll get away from me. Before that I had a resume writing service. I was pretty good at it but sold it because I had too work on appointments, that means other people’s schedules. I’m much happier now. Ellen and I always stop at the drinking fountain in the park when werun. It’s about half way through our course. Lately there have been two guys at the fountain at the same time. Sometimes they’re there just ahead of us and sometimes they’re just behind. They always smile and say hi but never try to initiate anything. I thought they might be gay, but by the way they checked us out I was pretty sure they weren’t. They were both cute, so I decided to get a conversation going. “You guys must be stalking us. You’re here at our fountain every daywhen we get here.” I smiled to try and reassure them I was kidding. They both blushed. The shorter one spoke up first, “You caught us. We were just trying to work up the nerve to talk to you.” I extended my hand to him and said, “My name is Gloria and this is my friend Ellen.” We shook hands all around. Through our conversation I learned that they were both physical trainersat a local gym. That figured. They were both in pretty good shape. The shorter one, Dale, had been living in a one-bedroom apartment with a college girl, but she moved out to attend graduate school out of state. A couple of months ago Roy and his wife broke up amicably and Roy moved onto Dale’s couch. They found a house to rent with two master suites so they took it. Dale is about five ten or eleven, dark hair, a dark shadow of a beard,and pretty hairy arms. His eyes are deep brown and set deep under a pronounced brow. His lips are perfectly formed and proportioned to his face. His nose is a bit long but it gives him a certain exotic quality that I find appealing. All in all, I found him quite attractive.
